The process of deposition of coatings based on g-Al 2 O 3 on highly porous ceramic materials with a cellular structure is considered. The application was carried out by impregnating the samples with boehmite gels obtained by hydrothermal treatment of freshly precipitated aluminum hydroxide. The possibility of increasing the specific surface area of ??highly porous ceramic materials with a cellular structure from 0.1 to 4-9 m 2 / g is shown. Tab. 2, ill. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
