Development of the composition of the refractory composites for glass production

Semiluki Refractory Plant produces refractories using concrete technology and develops and improves compositions and technology for manufacturing large-sized products by vibrocasting. The Saratov Institute of Glass carried out operational tests of concrete samples and determination of their physical and mechanical characteristics. Tests of specimens fired at a temperature not exceeding 1000 ° C showed a sufficiently high compressive strength (from 40 to 60 N / mm ² ). Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibliography: 4 titles.
