Heading: Science for glass production

The analysis of literature and patent data in the field of glass compositions for optical fiberglass, technology of its production and basic requirements for these glasses is carried out. It is proposed to synthesize glasses for a light-guiding core in the BaO - B 2 O 3 - La 2 O 3 - SiO system 2 using modern methods of optical fiber glass production. Bibliography: 14 titles.
