An alkali-free, boron-free fiberglass has been developed, superior in its basic properties to type E fiber. Fibers based on the developed glass composition are recommended to be used as a filler for high-strength fiberglass, which can be used under prolonged exposure to aggressive media. The technological characteristics of the obtained glass composition make it possible to draw the fiber on the existing equipment. Tab. 3, ill. 2, bibliography: 5 titles.
