On the basis of metaphosphate compositions and boron orthophosphate, multicomponent phosphate glasses have been developed, which are highly resistant to hydrofluoric acid and have an LTEC (72 ... 92) x; 10 -7 ° С -1 and softening temperature 435 - 590 ° С, suitable for obtaining film phosphate coatings on the surface of sheet silicate glass in order to protect it from hydrofluoric acid.
