The results of a study of the effect of Y 2 O 3 and CaO additives introduced into the charge in the form of oxides and salts on the sintering and properties of ceramics based on AlN are presented. The effect of high-temperature annealing of ceramics in a flow of a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen on its properties is shown. Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibliography: 1 titles.
