The results of the study of the process of high-temperature nitriding of a mixture of ferrosilicon - ilmenite using a complex method of differential scanning calorimetry are presented. A ceramic composition of the composition Si 3 N 4 - TiN - Si 2 N 2 O - Fe was obtained by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis with the use of ferrosilicon and ilmenite pulverized waste as raw materials.
