Composition powders having pseudoeutectic structure in the system Al2O3 -TiN

The processes proceeding according to two variants of the synthesis of composite powders in the Al ₂ O ₃ - TiN system: according to the reaction of carbothermal reduction of TiO ₂ located in mixtures with Al ₂ O ₃ , with simultaneous nitriding, and also according to the scheme of direct nitriding of metallic titanium dispersed in aluminum oxide, with high-frequency heating in a "cold" crucible. As a result of the synthesis, submicron composite powders are formed, which are promising for use in structural ceramics. Il. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
