Using the methods of BET, IR and mass spectroscopy, the effect of pre-pyrolysis heat treatment in nitrogen and in air on the structure of nanoporous ceramics obtained by pyrolysis of an organosilicon polymer in nitrogen at a temperature of 600 ° C has been studied. An explanation of the effect of pre-pyrolysis heat treatment and its conditions on the formation of the structure of the polymer and ceramics obtained from it is given from the standpoint of a synergistic approach.
