It is shown that alumosane oligomers can be used as a binder and plasticizer to obtain aluminum nitride articles by the method of semi-dry pressing. This makes it possible to simplify the technology of obtaining the press mass and to increase the mechanical strength of the workpieces. Tab. 1, bibliography: 1 titles.
