The factors influencing the efficiency of applying glass enamels by electrophoresis have been investigated. It has been established that the most dense and uniform coatings are obtained on steel samples with preliminary deposited nickel. The optimal composition of the slip has been obtained, and the mode of applying the glass coating by electrophoresis has been established. Tab. 4, ill. 1, bibliography: 5 titles.
