Development of the undercoat frit for electrostatic powder enameling

The optimal ratio of alkali and alkaline earth oxides in glasses of the R ₂ O - RO - & # 931; (В ₂ О ₃ + SiO ₂ ) from the standpoint of achieving maximum resistivity values ??in them due to the provision of the total manifestation of polyalkaline and polycationic effects: 2Na ₂ O: 1Ka ₂ O: 1Li ₂ O and 1BaO: 1CaO. The possibility of synthesizing polyalkaline silicate glasses in the R ₂ O - RO - & # 931; system (В ₂ O ₃ + SiO ₂ ) with a resistivity of more than 10 ¹⁰ Ohm x; m due to the provision of polyalkaline and polycationic effects. The composition of the soil frit for the PUESTA technology with a single firing of the soil and cover layers has been developed and introduced into the production of household appliances.
