The processes occurring during heat treatment and the action of a corrosive medium on thin films of lead-borate glasses with additives CoO, ZrO 2 , Sb 2 O 5 , V < sub> 2 O 5 , MoO 3 , deposited in vacuum by pulsed action on the starting materials of a neodymium laser. It is shown that the use of this method makes it possible to form films with a glass phase that is more stable with respect to annealing and corrosion, in comparison with similar ones, but obtained by the method of vacuum thermal evaporation.
