Control of molding compounds for abrasive tool from silicon carbide and electrocorundum micropowders on a ceramic binder

The possibility of using a small-sized device VIMS-1 for measuring the electrophysical properties of molding abrasive masses from micropowders in the development of formulations of abrasive tools and for quality control of masses in production conditions is considered. It is shown that the introduction of control over the electrophysical properties of molding masses is a real opportunity to obtain molding masses of stable quality.
