The apovolcanics of the Komi Republic, which are analogs of porcelain stones, were investigated as raw materials of the quartz-field-feldspar type for the production of electrical, household and sanitary-technical ceramics. The effect of additions of kaolinite clay and low-iron Timan bauxite on the preparation conditions, structure and properties of ceramics based on apovolcanites has been studied. It is shown that apovolcanites can be used to obtain porcelain products. Tab. 5, bibliography: 7 titles.
