Profiled leucosapphire, which possesses a set of unique technical characteristics, in some cases is the only material that makes it possible to create new highly efficient devices and devices operating under extreme conditions on its basis.
Samples of electrodes with an active layer based on TiO 2 , RuO 2 , and SnO 2 oxides have been obtained. The physicochemical characteristics of the electrode surface have been determined. Their electrochemical behavior was studied. The values ??of the current-free potentials are determined. The dependences of the rate of the anodic processes of chlorine and oxygen evolution on the composition of the electrode are presented. SEM images and 3D images of sample surfaces are shown.
A mathematical model has been developed on fuzzy sets, which describes the dependence of the deviation of the shape of bent automobile glasses on the tempering mode. An adaptive algorithm for controlling the hardening mode using simplex planning is proposed. Simulation modeling shows the possibility of improving the quality of produced hardened glasses on existing equipment by automating the control of the hardening technological process.
It is proposed to use modified Petri nets, describing the operations that make up the technological process of preparing a glass batch, as control models of the technological process to ensure the efficiency of control over the preparation of glass batch in accordance with a given technical regulation due to the synchronization and consistency of the functioning of technological equipment
The main directions of work of the automation department of NIIStekla are considered. The advantages of the developed systems are shown, examples of systems implementation at glass factories are given.
