The processes of glass formation in the system Na 2 O - MgO - CaO - B 2 O 3 - SiO 2 , and also the influence of heat treatment modes on the location of segregation regions, the nature, structure and phase composition of the liquidating glasses and the kinetics of segregation processes. The physicochemical characteristics of glasses have been determined, which make it possible to confirm the presence of inversion of liquation phases. Compositions of liquidating glazes with a minimum content of damping zirconium-containing components have been developed. Il. 4, bibliography: 5 titles.
A technology has been developed for the production of porous sitall implants using polyurethane foam as a burnout forming base. Porous sitalls with pore sizes of 300 - 500 and 600 - 700 microns were obtained. Sanitary-chemical, toxicological-hygienic and medico-biological tests have been carried out. Il. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
The influence of the fluxing additive of granite screenings on the physical and technical properties of acid-resistant materials obtained on the basis of refractory clay is considered. The effect of the vitreous phase on sintering processes and the main properties of coarse-grained acid-resistant materials is shown. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
The processes of synthesis of thialite ceramics by the method of heterogeneous deposition have been investigated. The influence of various factors (pH of the medium, the order of precipitation, the nature of TiO 2 ) on the phase transformations during its heat treatment has been studied. It has been established that this method makes it possible to obtain high-quality ceramic materials and, at the same time, to reduce the synthesis temperature. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 10 titles.
Research has been carried out on the synthesis of colored non-pigment fusible glazes based on metadiabases of Belarus. The temperature-time conditions for the formation of high-quality glaze coatings have been established. The processes of formation of the structure and texture of coatings are studied depending on the chemical composition of glasses and the nature of the precipitation of crystalline phases, and their main properties are estimated. Il. 1, bibliography: 4 titles.
The influence of various mineralizers on the sintering process of ceramic materials of the MgO - Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 system has been investigated. The possibility of lowering the temperature and expanding the range of firing of mullite-cordierite ceramics when using them is shown. Tab. 4, ill. 3, bibliography: 7 titles.
The results of the synthesis of ceramic masses for the production of majolica glazed products using the technology of single firing are presented. The features of the processes of gas formation and the features of the formation of the structure of the shard and the transparent glaze layer have been studied. Criteria for the selection of mass compositions and temperature-time parameters of heat treatment of products have been determined. Il. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
The composition of a new type of facing ceramics - ceramic granites - has been improved. The regularities of changes in the properties of the experimental masses, depending on the content of the main components, have been established. The content of quartz and feldspar in the compositions of granite masses has been optimized, the effect of temperature on their sintering has been studied. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 1 title.
