The analysis of the process of heat treatment of heat-insulating foam glass was carried out using mathematical modeling, as a result of which the influence of the highly porous structure and radiation characteristics of the material on the technology of its production was determined. The influence of various additives on the process of porization of liquid-glass compositions was clarified using new approaches in the processing of experimental data, which make it possible to quantitatively evaluate the effect of inorganic additives and salts. The use of the law of constancy of the volumetric phase composition of dispersed systems makes it possible to mathematically express the influence of technological parameters (temperature, time) and the type of additives introduced on the process of porization of such compositions.
