The modes of repainting of glass melt in industrial furnaces of "Chagodoshchensky Glass Factory and Co." Ltd. operating on slag charges are analyzed. It is shown that the efficiency of the process of changing the color of glass is primarily determined by the rational mode of changing the composition and ORP of the charge.

The influence of the environment on the state of the polished surface of optical glasses is determined. The shelf life of polished optical parts before coating or bonding has been found to be shorter than industry standards. Changes in storage conditions at this stage of production can lead to a change in the state of the polished surfaces of optical parts.

The optimal conditions for the synthesis of nanocrystalline powders Li ₂ TiO ₃ from a mechanically activated mixture of lithium carbonate and rutile by the solid-phase method have been found. The effect of the firing temperature on the characteristics and microstructure of ceramics from synthesized powders has been studied.

On the basis of local feldspar zeolite raw materials, the possibility of obtaining densely sintered ceramic products is shown. As a result of the optimal selection of the composition of the charge, materials of high strength and low water absorption were obtained.

Studies have shown that it is advisable to use high-alumina nanotechnological raw materials as a softener to increase the thermal stability of clinker bricks. With an increase in the compositions of the ceramic masses of aluminum oxide Al2O3, the thermal resistance increases, and the TLEC decreases during firing (1250 ° C) of clinker bricks. When the content of Al2O3 in ceramic masses is from 41 to 43%, the thermal resistance of clinker bricks reaches a maximum value and lies in the range from 11 to 13 cycles. As a result of regression analysis, a mathematical model was obtained that allows one to determine the thermal stability of clinker bricks at points that were not included in the series of experiments.

The properties of three samples of low-melting clays (Tyumen region) were investigated for use in the production of ceramic building bricks. Found that clay samples? 1 and 3 can be used for the production of clay facing frost-resistant bricks of grade 150 by plastic molding. Sample clay? 2 can be used for the production of facing clay frost-resistant bricks with the introduction of additives that improve the drying properties

Changes in the phase composition and microstructure of an aluminosilicate refractory material destroyed during its operation in a solid biofuel combustion unit have been investigated. Based on the results of studies carried out using modern methods and their analysis in comparison with the literature data on the chemical composition of volatile combustion products of biofuel and their physicochemical properties, the main reasons for the destruction of the material are revealed.

A device for determining the wettability of quartz sand has been developed. It is shown that with an increase in temperature, the surface wettability of the minerals included in the composition of glassy quartz sand increases due to a decrease in the slippage of the liquid along the solid surface and, as a consequence, the aggregate stability of their suspensions increases.
