On the basis of the developed concepts of the dynamic equilibrium of energy and matter fluxes during phase transitions in nonequilibrium open systems, a thermodynamic model is proposed that takes into account the thermal force of growth of crystals of sitalls of metasilicate composition

The thermal behavior of potassium polytitanate modified in an aqueous solution of CrCl ₃ for 4 and 18 h and characterized by varying degrees of uniformity of the distribution of chromium in the particles has been investigated. It was shown that, despite the similarity of the chemical composition of the obtained precursor powders, their heat treatment (at 850 C for 2 h) leads to the formation of ceramic nanopowders of various phase compositions. It was shown by impedance spectroscopy that the product obtained on the basis of a powder-precursor with a lower degree of homogeneity of chromium distribution has a significantly higher dielectric constant.

The data obtained in the study of stress relaxation during high-temperature bending of ceramic specimens based on mullite modified with zirconium oxide are presented.

By the example of the study of foundry ceramics, the possibility of calculating the values ??of some characteristics of ceramic materials based on the values ??of the main characteristics of the feedstock: dispersed composition, specific surface area, type of binder and chemical composition of ceramics is shown. Adequate regression equations have been derived, which make it possible to calculate the characteristics for obtaining cast ceramics with specified properties.

Within the framework of the quasi-static problem of thermoelasticity, three methods of pulsed laser annealing of nonmetallic plates are considered. The possibility of reducing the maximum tensile stresses in the processed plates by several times and reducing the energy costs associated with processing by 20 - 40% is shown. Criteria for the thermal strength of the plates are obtained for the indicated methods of laser annealing. Experimental verification of the results obtained

The physicomechanical (density, tensile and compressive strength), thermophysical (TCLE) and dielectric (dielectric constant) properties of polymer composite materials based on woven fillers of mineral fibers of various chemical composition have been investigated. It is shown that the use of fillers of various chemical nature has a significant effect on the properties of polymer composite materials and determines the areas of their recommended use.
