Mathematical models of the dynamics of mechanical stress fields in glassware of complex configuration of cylindrical-conical and prismatic-cylindrical type have been developed. On the basis of the obtained models of the dynamics of temperature fields on the basis of the relaxation theory of glass transition, finite-difference equations were obtained, which made it possible to carry out computer modeling of the process of changing the stress state in glass during its annealing. The results of a machine experiment on models of the dynamics of the field of mechanical stresses in glassware are presented.

The technological properties of basalt melts and glasses obtained on the basis of basalt - colemanite composites have been investigated. The possibility of decreasing the temperature of continuous fiber production when using boron-containing compositions is established, which is due to a decrease in viscosity, liquidus temperature and crystallization ability of the melt.

The results of the synthesis and analysis of diamond microcrystals with a high degree of boron doping (& # 8776; 2 & # 37;), which were obtained from mixtures of gas soot with M-carborane at 8 GPa and 1873 K, are presented. The high concentration of boron in the diamond lattice is confirmed by X-ray data and characteristic Raman spectra, which correspond to diamonds with metallic conductivity. Thermobaric treatment of the diamond-like dl-BC ₃ phase (1100 K, 25 GPa) leads to the formation of BC ₃ -heteronano-diamond

The issues of creating three-dimensional structures of a given architecture based on pyrophosphate ceramics by the method of a removable additive are considered. The problems of filling a polymer negative, printed on a 3D printer, with a powder precursor, as well as maintaining the structure of the material during polymer removal, have been resolved. The processes of sintering of ceramic materials, as well as the mechanical characteristics of the obtained materials have been studied.

Research has been carried out on the synthesis of ceramic matrices based on zirconium-enriched pyrochlore for the immobilization of high-level waste (HLW) by the method of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) in an SHS reactor under argon and compressed air pressure. The dependences of the phase composition and characteristics of the crystalline phases of the material on the gas pressure have been established. It is shown that all rare-earth elements (REE) (Ce ⁴⁺, La ³⁺) from the model HLW mixture are incorporated into the ceramic structure. Elemental analysis showed that lanthanides are concentrated in the structures of perovskite and pyrochlore.

Calculations of thermal processes occurring in a bonded diamond tool during grinding of various materials on the surface in the zone of contact with the processed material and in the volume of the diamond tool are presented. A mathematical model of heating a bond of diamond tools as a result of frictional forces in the grinding and cooling zone by means of a cutting fluid is described.

Direct methods have shown that under the influence of surfactants included in the polishing compositions, there is a change in the deformation and strength properties of a thin surface layer of solids in the processes of fine abrasive processing. Ruby and quartz were used as samples
