The dependences of the elastic properties of the material based on natural wollastonite on the sintering temperature, which is important in the case of a narrow sintering interval, have been studied. It was found that with an increase in the sintering temperature, the modulus of elasticity increases to 7.3 x; 104 MPa, and Poisson's ratio changes insignificantly and is 0.22 - 0.28. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 7 titles.
The influence of the chemical composition of the bond on the properties of the abrasive tool made of electrocorundum is considered. Compositions of ceramic bonds before and after tool firing are analyzed. Tab. 3, bibliography: 5 titles.
A computational model is proposed for the volume fraction of a glass bond in an abrasive ceramic tool, according to which glass interlayers between abrasive grains are composed of spherical particles, and the shape of the grains is approximated by various bodies of revolution: spheres, cylinders, and two paraboloids docked around the circumference. The use of the model makes it possible to estimate the minimum amount of glass bond, at which no contact bridges are formed between the grains, as well as the thickness of the glass interlayers between the grains. Il. 5, bibliography: 3 titles.
The results of studies on the development of the technology for obtaining modernized ceramic filters from chamotte-entonite ceramics by reducing the pore size of the main carrier by introducing into the pores of engobe - a multiphase solid solution of anorite and leucite, which after secondary firing are molecular sieves with pores of 1.5 - 2 in diameter, are presented. , 0 microns and provide effective filtration of suspensions. Tab. 1, bibliography: 3 titles.
The possibility of realizing the reaction of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis of ferrites, controlled by selective laser action, is shown. The conditions for the synthesis of barium hexaferrite with the addition of chromium and the effect of additional annealing on the synthesis result are investigated. The obtained bulk ceramic products have rather good consumer properties. Tab. 3, ill. 6, bibliography: 4 titles.
On the basis of low-melting clay-containing clays with the addition of finely dispersed glass, a sintered ceramic material with a water absorption of less than 6% was obtained. The dependence of the properties of the sintered ceramic mass on the quantitative ratio of the raw material and finely dispersed glass additive has been established. The process of crystallization of minerals during the firing of a ceramic mass has been investigated. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 3 titles.
Porous ceramics based on wollastonite and zeolite rocks of Siberia with an apparent porosity of 30 - 40% and a pore size of 80 - 100 to 20 - 40 ?m have been developed, significantly superior in strength to ceramics of a similar purpose from traditional raw materials. Tab. 3, ill. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
The structure of the Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 - MgO - P 2 O 5 in the subsolidus area. The partition of the system into elementary tetrahedrons is shown, their volumes and degrees of asymmetry are calculated, a topological graph of the relationship of tetrahedra is constructed, and a geometric-topological characteristic of the phases of the system under study is given. For some pseudo-binary and three-component sections, the temperatures of the eutectics, as well as their compositions and the lengths of the connections are calculated. Areas of system compositions suitable for the technology of heat-resistant ceramic and heat-insulating materials are given. Tab. 4, ill. 3, bibliography: 23 titles.
The possibility of obtaining ceramic pigments based on the NiO - TiO 2 system by hydroxide deposition from aqueous salt solutions has been investigated. The synthesized pigments have high chromophore characteristics and are stable up to 1200 ° C. Practical recommendations are given. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 8 titles.
Investigated in the temperature range from 900 to 1600 ° C and oxygen partial pressures from 2 x; 104 to 1 x 10 -10 Pa electro-physical properties and nature of electrical conductivity of oxide interlanthanoids LaYO 3 , LaYbO 3 , LaErO 3 , NdLuO 3 , LaGdO 3 , GdLuO 3 , pure and doped with calcium and hafnium oxides close in ionic radii. It is shown that the electrical conductivity of the studied materials is determined by nonstoichiometric disordering. The results obtained can be used to synthesize new types of thermistors, oxygen sensors and other ceramic sensors, as well as various dielectric materials. Tab. 1, ill. 4, bibliography: 6 titles.
