The features of the design of the aspiration system for dosing and mixing lines are considered and various technical solutions are presented that increase the efficiency of the joint operation of aspiration and technological equipment in the production of glass batch.
A method for calculating the boundary conditions of heat transfer through the masonry of glass-melting furnaces is presented. The average values ??of the heat transfer coefficients and heat fluxes for the main structural elements of the furnace have been determined. A database has been formed for mathematical modeling of the thermal operation of furnaces.
Calculation formulas are given for determining the stiffness of the elastic suspension of a vertical vibrating sieve taking into account the factors affecting the performance of the sieve when filtering ceramic suspensions.
The frequencies and amplitude of vibrations are recommended, at which the optimal operation of the sieve is ensured while maintaining the durability and performance of its structure. Il. 1, bibliography: 3 titles.

The article describes the positive experience of using modern Russian equipment - magnetic separators of quartz sand of the LMO series and a specialized magnetic holder for glass molds in the production of glass containers at JSC "Smerdom Glass Factory". It is shown that the use of magnetic enrichment of quartz sands of a local deposit has a positive effect on the technological processes of glass making, and the use of a specialized magnetic holder for glass molds increases the quality and shortens the repair time for glass molds. The issues of safety of super-sized sheet glass of 6x; 3 m when transporting it in railway wagons. The design of an A-shaped transportation pyramid and a sealing shelter, consisting of a removable cap, two stationary end platforms and two removable side platforms, are presented. A comparative analysis of magnetic separators used to reduce and stabilize the iron content in quartz sand has been carried out. It is shown that obsolete electromagnetic roller and rotary separators are bulky, unreliable and expensive to operate. The design of permanent magnet belt roller separators has a number of irreparable defects that impede their use in the conditions of domestic enterprises. Thus, drum magnetic separators with a high-intensity magnetic system of the LMO series are most applicable for magnetic enrichment of quartz sand in the conditions of domestic enterprises.
