The features of glass formation in the multicomponent system R x O - Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 - TiO 2 (R = Li + , Na + , K + , Mg 2+ , Ca 2+ , Ba 2+ ). The regions of composition of sitallized glasses were determined, the features of the structure and phase formation of sitallized glass matrices were studied. An optimal composition has been established that can be used as a glass matrix for a light heat-resistant glass-ceramic coating. Tab. 2, ill. 1, bibliography: 2 titles.
The optimal composition of the glass matrix for the glass enamel coating on copper has been developed. Optimal concentrations of Fe 3 O 4 , MnO 2 and Co 2 O 3 , the introduction of which, when grinding the slip, increases the adhesion strength of the coating and its heat resistance. The mechanism of the process of coating formation on copper is proposed. Tab. 2, ill. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
Based on R 2 O - B 2 O 3 - Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 - TiO 2 - P 2 O 5 regions of glass formation of low-melting glass matrices are determined. The dependence of the ability to jam the synthesized glasses on the amount of SiO 2 , B 2 O 3 and R 2 O and their ratio. The composition of the glass matrix used as a white enamel to protect steel facing plates and give them a good decorative appearance has been revealed. Tab. 1, ill. 1, bibliography: 2 titles.
The mechanism of the formation of a single-layer white glass-enamel coating on the surface of steel during low-temperature firing is considered. The main regularities of obtaining a strong adhesion have been determined. The effectiveness of the influence of various methods of pretreatment of steel before single-layer low-temperature enameling on the structure and composition of the transition contact adhesion layer, which predetermines the strength of the adhesion of the steel-enamel composition, is shown. Il. 1.
It is shown that the main factor determining the high electrical conductivity of heat-treated titanium-containing phosphate coatings is a decrease in the electrical resistance of oxide films on the surface of titanium particles. Il. 1, bibliography: 7 titles.
