Compositions have been developed, technological parameters have been determined and the main properties of glass composite heat-resistant coatings of the R x O - Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 system have been studied - TiO 2 (R - Na + , K + , Mg 2+ , Ca < sup> 2+ , Ва 2+ ) for nichrome alloys. Tab. 2, ill. 4.
The analysis of different types of enamels for steel and cast iron is given. Their chemical compositions and basic physical and mechanical properties are given. The current state of scientific research on synthesizing new types of enamels and improving the physical and mechanical properties of traditional glass enamels is considered. The possibilities of replacing expensive raw material components of enamels with less expensive and non-scarce raw materials, as well as the use of secondary waste, are shown. The processes occurring during heat treatment and the action of a corrosive medium on thin films of lead-borate glasses with additives CoO, ZrO 2 , Sb 2 O 5 , V < sub> 2 O 5 , MoO 3 , deposited in vacuum by pulsed action on the starting materials of a neodymium laser. It is shown that the use of this method makes it possible to form films with a glass phase that is more stable with respect to annealing and corrosion, in comparison with similar ones, but obtained by the method of vacuum thermal evaporation. The influence of the content of alkali oxides on the physicomechanical and dielectric properties of glasses of the SiO 2 - B 2 O 3 - R 2 sub> O - BaO. The optimal ratio (Na + K): Li, providing the manifestation of the poly-alkali effect at various concentrations of B 2 O 3 , has been established. The considered compositions can be used as an insulating
