The topography and composition of surface layers of thin films of lead-silicate glasses obtained by thermal diffusion homogenization on metal substrates are investigated. The composition of the film-substrate transition layer is analyzed. Tab. 4, ill. 3, bibliography: 10 titles.
New compositions and technology for obtaining low-temperature decorative coatings on glass containers have been developed. The coatings are distinguished by a wide variation in surface texture (from satin to embossed) and good adhesion properties. Tab. 1, bibliography: 2 titles.
On the basis of p- and d-element oxides, thin films were obtained by deposition from film-forming solutions. Compositions based on oxides of group IV of the periodic system, yttrium and elements of the iron triad have been created. Changing the ratio of components allows you to control the optical properties of films used as coatings that protect against UV radiation, selectively absorb the visible region of the spectrum and sunscreen color correcting. Tab. 1, ill. 5, bibliography: 5 titles.
The methods of X-ray electron spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy are used to study thin films of quartz on steel and copper obtained by the method of cathodic sputtering of silicon in oxygen. The kinetics of film formation is considered. Tab. 2, ill. 4, bibliography: 22 titles.
The possibility of using pigments based on iron and cobalt molybdophosphates for the synthesis of low-melting enamels is shown. Il. 1, bibliography: 5 titles.
The technological conditions for the production of titanium borosilicate glasses and the properties of enamel coatings, the spreadability of the enamel, and the gloss of the coating have been investigated. The effect of boron oxides and alkali metals on the physicochemical properties of titanium borosilicate enamels has been studied. A chemically resistant enamel for steel cookware has been developed that has improved properties compared to the industrial enamels used. Il. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
Compositions and properties of bioactive silicate materials are considered. Biocompatible sodium silicophosphate glasses for the formation of coatings on titanium implants have been developed and investigated. Tab. 1, bibliography: 6 titles.
The effect of the composition of film-forming solutions on the optical characteristics of the films of the system (0.92ZrO 2 ? 0.08Y 2 O 3 ) - Fe 2 O 3 . The kinetics of the process is considered. Il. 3, bibliography: 4 titles.
The technology of industrial decoration of majolica, faience, porcelain and pottery with polymer powder paints has been developed and implemented. The technological schemes of one-color and multi-color decoration of ceramic products with such paints are considered. Polymer powder paints can be used to decorate a wide range of ceramic products using energy-saving technology. It is possible to combine two decorating technologies in the following sequence: glazing - polymer-powder decorating. Il. 5, bibliography: 1 title.
The composition and structure of thin films of copper, gold, and aluminum deposited on a glassy quartz substrate by a thermal vacuum method have been investigated. The composition of the film-substrate interface is analyzed. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 8 titles.
