The expediency of using titanium dioxide in the development of antibacterial glass enamel coatings has been established. A bactericidal powder (filler) based on hydroxyapatite modified with titanium oxide has been synthesized, and its phase composition has been investigated. It was found that the investigated composite glass enamel coatings are characterized by a significant antibacterial and antifungal effect from 70 to 90% with the content of the synthesized inorganic filler from 1 to 5% at the ratio Ti 4+ & nbsp; / & nbsp; (Ti 4+ & nbsp; + & nbsp; Ca 2+ ) equal to 0.04 - 0.07. The sequence of formation of crystalline phases (cassiterite, lithium metasilicate, leucite and baddeleyite) was established and the solubility of SnO 2 and ZrO 2 in the K 2 O - Li 2 O - Al 2 O 3 - SiO 2 - SnO 2 - ZrO 2 . Glass-ceramics based on this system provides the level of physical, mechanical and chemical properties required to obtain the opaque layer of metal-ceramic dental prostheses. The prospects of using glass enamel coatings for antibacterial protection of steel panels have been confirmed. A methodological approach has been developed for obtaining antibacterial glass composite coatings. Based on the R 2 O - RO - TiO 2 - P 2 O 5 - SiO 2 system , a glass matrix with a programmed structure was obtained, bactericidal zinc phosphate nanopowders and glass composite coatings based on them were obtained. The composition of the coating with the maximum antibacterial effect against E. Coli bacteria has been determined. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 6 titles.
It is shown that the electrical conductivity of TiO 2 (rutile) can be increased by doping it with oxides of higher valence elements. A qualitative analysis of the movement of an individual gas bubble through the transitional layer of soil and cover enamel under the influence of the surface tension gradient has been carried out. A comprehensive study of the features of structure and phase formation in zirconium-containing frits and glazed semi-fritted coatings with their use has been carried out. It has been established that a complex of high physicochemical and decorative-aesthetic characteristics, and most importantly, the degree of wear resistance of coatings (3 - 4) is provided by directional phase formation, a rational combination of crystalline quenching phases, their uniform distribution in a glassy matrix, as well as the formation of a homogeneous glass-crystalline structure. Based on the study of structural features and phase distribution in glasses of the Na 2 O - B 2 O 3 - ZnO - TiO 2 sub> - SiO 2 it was found that spinodal segregation followed by crystallization of rutile with a uniform distribution of the crystalline phase is the most energetically advantageous than stable crystallization, which makes it possible to obtain a fine silky texture of the coating with a gloss of 11 - 12% ... The possibility of using local raw materials and industrial waste in the development of a technology for producing ceramic pigments has been investigated. Compositions of masses for pigments of black, blue and pink colors have been developed on the basis of pyroxene waste, manganese ore and spent catalyst acting as a color-bearing material, and wollastonite concentrate used as a mineralizer. The optimal ratio of alkali and alkaline earth oxides in glasses of the R 2 O - RO - & # 931; (В 2 О 3 + SiO 2 ) from the standpoint of achieving maximum resistivity values ??in them due to the provision of the total manifestation of polyalkaline and polycationic effects: 2Na 2 O: 1Ka 2 O: 1Li 2 O and 1BaO: 1CaO. The possibility of synthesizing polyalkaline silicate glasses in the R 2 O - RO - & # 931; system (В 2 O 3 + SiO 2 ) with a resistivity of more than 10 10 Ohm x; m due to the provision of polyalkaline and polycationic effects.
