The optimal compositions of lead-free fluxes and enamels based on them have been determined, their physicochemical properties have been studied. The quantitative transition of the enamel coating into solutions was determined depending on the duration of the reagent action. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 7 titles.
An overview of low-melting borosilicate glasses and glazes for majolica and pottery is presented. The given data on the compositions and properties of glasses allow us to dwell on a specific composition with the required properties and refer to the original patent source. Tab. 1, bibliography: 3 titles.
Low-melting enamel coatings for household utensils from aluminum have been synthesized. The possibility of the formation of fusible glasses in the R 2 O-Al 2 O 3 - B 2 O system has been investigated 3 - TiO 2 - P 2 O 5 . The optimal composition of the glass matrix with a reduced firing temperature of 580 ° C has been selected. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
The kinetic features of the oxidation of alloy steel under a coating layer containing iron oxide are considered. The dependence of the oxidation rate of steel on the concentration of Fe 2 O 3 in the melt has been experimentally established. Il. 2, bibliography: 6 titles.
The structure of aluminoborosilicate glasses has been studied. It was found that the coordination states of boron and aluminum in glasses can vary depending on the composition, which significantly affects the properties of glazed glasses. Significant discrepancies between the experimental and calculated LTEC values ??of such glasses were found, which is explained by the change in the proportion of boron in the fourfold coordination and the appearance of aluminum in the sixfold coordination. Given these data, it is possible to predict the physicochemical properties of glazed glasses. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 10 titles.
Liquation glazes have been developed, which are distinguished by increased gloss and whiteness. Glazes do not contain special mufflers. The most intense liquation phenomena in the synthesized glazes develop in the temperature range 950 - 1000 ° C. The resulting glaze coatings are recommended for use in the production of household ceramics for non-food purposes, as well as for building ceramics. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 7 titles.
The effect of firing glass enamel coatings in a high-frequency electric field on their wear resistance has been studied. It is shown that the wear resistance increases by 2.8 - 5.5 times, depending on the type of coating. As a result of ellipsometric studies, it was found that an increase in the wear resistance of glass enamel coatings when formed under the influence of an HF field is antibatically changing the refractive index of the glass matrix. Tab. 2, ill. 2, bibliography: 7 titles.
A method of pretreatment of the steel surface before single-layer enameling is proposed, which makes it possible to obtain an enamel coating with a sufficiently high adhesion strength and good surface quality. The essence of the method lies in the electrolytic deposition of nickel and copper layers on the steel surface. The composition of a single-layer enamel coating based on alumina-containing waste has been developed. On the basis of this composition, colored single-layer enamels were obtained. Tab. 3, ill. 2, bibliography: 2 titles.
Investigated glass-enamel coatings with defects of the "prick" type, repaired using a repetitively pulsed laser radiation. It is shown that the heat resistance and acid resistance of the coatings after repair are not inferior to defect-free coatings, and the microhardness of the coating in the repair zone is higher than that of the base. Tab. 1, ill. 2, bibliography: 3 titles.
The rheological properties of turpentine oil, solutions of oxyterpene resin and silicate paints based on them have been studied. It has been shown that paints diluted with a 20% solution of oxyterpene resin in turpentine have a lower viscosity at low shear rates and are characterized by more elastic structures. For each decoration method, the optimal concentrations of silicate paint compositions have been determined. Tab. 1, ill. 3, bibliography: 3 titles.
